Christmas Shutdown 2024
The Office Monster support office will shut at 1pm on the 23rd December 2024 and will reopen at 9am on the 2nd January 2025. Any orders placed after 1pm of the 23rd of December 2024 will be processed on the 2nd January 2025.

Furniture
Orders received before 2pm on the 19th of December 2024 will be delivered before Christmas*
Orders received between 2pm on the 19th of December 2024 and 1pm on the 23rd of December 2024 will be delivered on remaining working days before the New Year.* Please add a note in the delivery note section at checkout should you only be able to accept such deliveries in the new year.*
Orders received after 1pm on the 23rd of December 2024 will be processed in the New Year and these deliveries will start from the 3rd of January 2025.*
*This excludes Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Orders received for these regions after 2pm on the 6th of December 2024 will be delivered from the 3rd of January 2025 onwards. This applies for our Premium Next Day delivery service specifically - final orders for our Express Delivery service need to be received by the 17th of December 2024 for delivery before Christmas. This also excludes made-to-order items which have a longer lead times that can be confirmed on request.
Office Supplies
Orders received before 1pm on the 23rd of December 2024 will be delivered before Christmas.**
Orders received after 1pm on the 23rd of December 2024 will be processed in the New Year and these deliveries will start from the 3rd of January 2025**
**This excludes Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Orders received for these regions after 4pm on the 20th of December 2024 will be delivered from the 3rd of January 2025 onwards.
