Our Delivery Policy
All office supplies orders will be processed on the same working day if placed before 17:00pm (Monday to Friday). Next day delivery is subject to items being available in stock at the time of purchase. Please refer to the Furniture Delivery section below for specific delivery policies affecting furniture orders.
All deliveries will be made between 8:00am and 18:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends. Any orders placed after these cutoff times, on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day for delivery within the standard lead time.
All deliveries must be signed for and any visible parcel damage or parcel shortages reported to the driver and noted on the delivery note. Should you wish for your parcel to be left with a neighbour, please notify our support team in advance and please leave a note with clear instructions on the door of the original delivery location. If no-one is available to accept the delivery, we will endeavour to re-attempt the delivery on another day.
Next day delivery is available to UK mainland postcodes. Delivery to the Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Man are not a guaranteed next day service, therefore we advise delivery within 72hrs to these locations. Please note we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Please note that orders to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Highlands, Shetland, Orkney, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Wight and Alderney may have additional delivery charges applied and longer delivery lead times. Where applicable, these additional costs will be confirmed at checkout.
Furniture Delivery
We strive to provide a smooth and convenient delivery experience for all our customers. Below are the details of our delivery options and policies for furniture orders:
Pre-Arranged Furniture Deliveries
Furniture deliveries are scheduled in advance. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may attempt a re-delivery at their discretion. In some cases, if the first delivery attempt fails, the items may be returned to us. Should this occur, we reserve the right to charge additional delivery fees for further attempts.
Furniture Delivery Timeframes
Express Free Delivery: For orders placed before 16:00, we aim to deliver within 3 working days using our Express, Room of Choice, Free Delivery service. Standalone orders, containing only office chairs, are likely to be delivered sooner.
Premium Next-Day Delivery: 2-Person, Room of Choice delivery option for orders placed before 14:00 (subject to stock availability). Pricing calculated at checkout.
Delivery & Installation: For an additional cost, we offer a full installation service, which includes Delivery, Unpacking, Assembly & Removal of Waste Packaging. Pricing calculated at checkout.
Room-of-Choice Delivery
As standard, all furniture orders are delivered by a 2-person team directly to a room of your choice within 3 working days.
Custom Delivery Requests: If you have specific delivery requirements, please inform us at the time of your order, and we will do our best to accommodate them. An additional charge may be levied for deliveries within a specified timeframe, e.g. 9am - 1pm or by using our Premium Next Day or Installation options.
Free Delivery Exclusions
Free delivery is available to most locations but excludes the Highlands, offshore islands, and Northern Ireland. Delivery charges for these regions will be calculated at checkout
Picking Errors & Additional Items
From time to time, we get things wrong! Any shortages or incorrect or surplus items must be reported within 48hrs of receipt of the delivery. We reserve the right to refuse any claims made after this time. All picking errors, short deliveries and additional item deliveries will be rectified immediately at no additional cost. Any incorrect items or additional items must be returned unopened and in resalable condition.
Faulty Goods
Should you receive any goods that are faulty or not working as they should, please contact us and we will provide a full collection and replacement at no additional cost. We will endeavour to replace any goods damaged in transit, or any incorrectly delivered items, on the next working day if these are reported before 12am. However, due to delivery capacity constraints in certain areas, such deliveries may take up to 48 hours to action.
